Or for instance when a American citizen marries an Italian citizen and obtains or has obtained in the past the recognition of the Italian citizenship but wants to obtain her surname and also the one of her spouse to be registered at the Italian competent authorities and so also in her Italian documents.

Legal advice is provided in English, in Spanish, in French and of course in Italian.

Two minor children whose surnames appear differently in one country and in the other country of which they are holders of both nationalities. The parents receive a refusal from the Italian Public Administration (Pubblica Amministrazione competente) to add the second surname or to have the two surnames in the same order as in the other nationality (e.g. in Germany for children with Italian and German nationality). The parents ask us for legal advice in Spanish as they speak Spanish and receive legal advice and legal assistance in Spanish provided by our Italian attorneys/lawyers registered with an Italian law.

They send us documentation in German without any problems as our professionals also speak German.
